Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all Baby Notte digital products.

If our method isn't a fit for your family, email us within 7 days of purchase at hello@babynotte.com with the words "refund please" in the subject or body. We'll process your refund within 3 business days. No forms, no follow-up questions, no hard feelings.

A few honest notes

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method (the credit card you used at checkout). Stripe processing times mean it can take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.

Refunds are available for 7 days from purchase. After that window, we can't process refunds. We're a small family business and this policy keeps things sustainable for us.

If you have a problem we can fix, a corrupted PDF, a question about the method, something you didn't see in the guide, please email us first. We'd rather make it right than send you away.
